Matvest Energy is a member of a bigger group of companies under Matvest group which has interests in property investment, energy services, automobile, consulting and manufacturing. Founded in 2007 the company is headquartered in Pretoria, South Africa. The energy division is primarily solar-based energy company that was formed in response to the energy crisis sweeping the whole of South African and Africa in general. Seeing the abundance of natural resources(sunlight and wind), the founders of Matvest Energy saw solar as an opportunistic branch into the energy sector.

Our focus is on individuals living in darkness, SMMEs that need energy so badly to survive, government and big business.
